Before you book
I have never done Pilates. Which class?
Foundations, every day at 09:00 and 18:15, the bright marks on the dial. Book anything else after two or three of those.
What happens in the first class?
Two minutes of naming the parts of the machine, then lying down with your feet on the bar pushing the carriage out and back, then straps in your hands, then your feet, then stretching. Your teacher sets the springs and stays close.

Isla's prenatal reformer runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Tell us at booking and we set the class up for you.
Late, cancelling, pausing?
Doors close on the hour. Cancel up to four hours before from your account and the class goes back on your pass. Memberships pause from the same place.
